Hello there, I’m Bea - the owner, designer, and the person that negotiates with every stubborn printer here at Planner Loom. I come from an engineering and project management background that fueled my passion for systems, efficiency, and Type A perfectionism. But I am also an artist who loves cute and aesthetic things. So Planner Loom is the result of uniting these two sides!
While this is a new shop, it wasn’t built overnight. I spent over a year meticulously planning our launch. Today, we design, print, cut, pack, and ship every single order from our studio in North Carolina. To ensure a level of precision that goes beyond hobbyist equipment, we’ve invested in commercial-grade machines. This allows us to achieve a professional, flawless finish that meets our high standards for every single sheet. I’ve personally tested countless materials and calibrated every setting to ensure that what arrives at your door is impeccable. The overall composition and functional design of our products are fully made by us, but it’s worth noting we occasionally use licensed elements from other talented artists to bring specific creative visions to life.

A little bit about our philosophy: I’m a firm believer in Happy Productivity. I named the shop “Planner Loom” because I believe our lives are much like a fabric; thread by thread, our daily habits and plans weave the bigger picture of our journey. I wanted to create tools that help you weave beauty into your plans, turning organization into a rewarding, intentional process. Productivity that requires recurring motivation to overcome dread is not sustainable! My goal is for you to feel a hit of dopamine the moment you open a Planner Loom package, transforming your messy to-do lists into a creative ritual you love. I know first-hand how creative rituals can improve our lives. As a proud military spouse, I soothe all the tough and lonely moments that come with this life with art, planning, and journaling.

Do you offer free shipping within the U.S?
Yes! Every item ships free within the U.S.
Order Below $35: Free domestic shipping is a regular letter with the Etsy/Pitney Bowes label.
This is not a USPS tracking number. It can be traced here: https://trackpb.shipment.co/track
This type of tracing is an estimate based on the location and date of when your order was last scanned. It is not the most reliable tracking. Sometimes it will say "Delivered" and actually arrive a day or 2 later. If your order does not arrive after 3 business days from the "Delivered" date, please contact me.

Order Above $35: Your order will be shipped for free through USPS Parcel Select Ground.
How long will it take for my order to arrive within the U.S.?
Total delivery time is a combination of our processing time plus the USPS transit time.
Processing (The time we need to pack your order): Standard orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During new releases or major sales, this can take up to two weeks (although it is super rate to get this busy!). You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your label is printed!
Transit (The time it spends in the mail): Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2–7 business days to arrive depending on your distance from our studio. Priority and Priority Express options are available.
Important Tracking Reminders:
Syncing Time: It can take 1–2 business days for your tracking number to show movement once it has been scanned by the carrier.
Do you offer custom sticker sheets or personalized designs?
Not yet! We are working hard behind the scenes to make customization options a reality at Planner Loom.
In the meantime, we are very open to suggestions! If there is a specific theme, a new product type, or a functional layout you’d love to see in the shop, please send us a message. Your feedback directly influences our future collections.

The colors look slightly different than they did on my screen. Is this normal?
We strive for accuracy, but please note that colors vary across different monitor settings and the printing process. Minor variations in saturation, hues, or cut alignment are part of the unique nature of our products.
Can I resell Planner Loom stickers in my own shop?
By default, all Planner Loom products are licensed for personal use only. Reselling, distributing, or reproducing our designs without a formal agreement is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
Interested in becoming a Retail Partner?
We love collaborating with other small businesses! If you would like to become an authorized reseller or are interested in negotiating bulk/wholesale deals, please message us.
Prior Agreement Required: You must obtain express written permission from Planner Loom before listing our products for resale.
Wholesale Inquiries: We are happy to discuss custom pricing and volume discounts for professional partnerships.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes, we ship worldwide with the exception of EEA member states, which we do not serve at this time due to extra regulations they require.
How long does it take?
Expect delivery within 10 days to 6 weeks. Tracking often pauses while the package clears customs; this is normal.
Customs, Duties, and Fees:
Fees: Buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.
Status: Orders are marked as "Merchandise" per international law; we cannot mark them as "Gift."
How do I get in touch?
Response Time: 24–48 business hours (Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 3 PM EST).
Peak Times: During launches, please allow up to 72 business hours.
