T-Shirt Care Instructions
To ensure longevity of the product, please follow these care instructions:
โข Turn shirt inside out
โข Machine wash: warm (maximum of 40ยฐC or 105ยฐF)
โข Non-chlorine: bleach as needed
โข Tumble dry: low heat, steam or dry
โข Do NOT dry clean.
Shipping Address
Any information during checkout cannot be changed or altered once the order has been placed. Please ensure that youโve placed the correct delivery address during checkout. We will NOT provide any replacement, refund or exchange for any orders with the wrong shipping address. We are also NOT liable any failed delivery attempts made by the shipping courier for your order, the deliveries of orders are completely out of our control. Please contact the shipping courier for any issues during delivery.
Ship by Date
The package containing your order will be shipped out by the โship by dateโ listed on your order invoice. However, the ship by date can be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather (hurricanes and snowstorms), out of stock items, temporary shut down on printing facilities, high order volume, etc.
Cancellations, Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations are only accepted within the FIRST HOUR after the order has been made. I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges since all items are made to order. For any orders liable for refunds, we will only be providing a partial refund of the item, and NOT for the shipping fee.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives with damaged in any way, please send me a photo of the defective item and Iโll gladly send a replacement free of charge. And if packages are stuck in pre-transit for over 12 days, contact me and Iโll also replace the lost order for free.
