After payment is confirmed, open Etsy in a web browser and go to Your account > Purchases and reviews > Download Files. The Etsy app does not currently support digital downloads. If you need help, send the listing name, filename and device/editor version through Etsy Messages.

Check the individual listing. PPTX templates need a compatible presentation editor; PDF and PNG files serve different purposes. Canva template links are included only where explicitly stated. An account and internet access are needed for Canva. Software, subscriptions and font files are not included. Canva Free compatibility is not guaranteed. Please review the tested software and limitations in each listing.

PPTX templates include editable text and movable or replaceable graphics. Some illustrations and backgrounds are image objects rather than editable vectors. PDF references are fixed-layout files, not fillable forms unless stated otherwise. Formats and features vary by listing. Replace sample text and data, then review your exported pages before printing or sharing.

Yes, some standalone products are included in larger collections. Compare the named contents before buying both. A PDF, PPTX or Canva version of the same layout is an alternative format, not an additional unique design. If you are unsure which collection covers your needs, message us before purchasing.

Usage permissions vary by product. Read the listing and included licence before purchasing. A purchase does not transfer exclusive ownership or automatically permit resale of templates, editable source files or individual elements. Third-party components keep their own licence terms. Please contact us if your intended use is unclear.
