1. Is this a physical product or a digital file?
This is a purely digital product. You will receive high-quality STL files for 3D printing. No physical item will be shipped to your address. Once purchased, the files are available for instant download.
2. What 3D printer and settings do you recommend?
Our files are optimized for both FDM and Resin (SLA) printers. While specific settings depend on your machine and filament/resin brand, we include a "Readme" file with recommended orientation, support settings, and infill percentages for every model.
3. Can I sell the physical prints of your designs?
All files purchased are for Personal Use Only unless stated otherwise. Commercial licenses (to sell physical prints) are available through a separate agreement or subscription. Please message us for more details!
4. What should I do if the file has an error or won't open?
All our files are meticulously tested before being listed. However, if you encounter any issues (corrupted download or slicing errors), please contact us immediately. We will troubleshoot with you or send a repaired file within 24 hours.
5. Do you accept custom design requests?
Yes! We love superhero-inspired custom projects. If you have a specific "Privacy" or "Security" gadget idea you want to see in 3D, send us a message and we’ll see if we can bring it to life.
6. Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you're unhappy with the design, please talk to us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
