Can I return my samples?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfume decants are non-returnable. However, if your sample arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize resolving the issue through a replacement or a full refund.
Are the offered perfumes authentic?
Yes, all fragrances offered at PROFVMO LAB are 100% authentic. We source our perfumes exclusively from original, full-sized bottles. Each decant is carefully poured into a smaller, sterile glass atomizer only after your order is placed, ensuring the highest quality and freshness.
Can I combine multiple fragrances in one order?
Yes! You can order as many different samples as you like in a single transaction. We take great care in our packaging process, ensuring each decant is securely protected to prevent any leaks or damage during transit. Your entire discovery set will arrive in one safe and elegant parcel.
Why is my bottle not filled to the very top?
We leave a small amount of empty space (known as headspace) at the top of the bottle to prevent leaks during transit, especially due to changes in pressure or temperature. We guarantee, however, that you will receive the exact volume of liquid you ordered.
Are the samples hygienically decanted?
Definitely. Every sample is meticulously and hygienically decanted into premium glass spray bottles.
