4 out of 5 starsI ordered the custom size. The item received is similar to the item listed, however, the coat does not fit. My advice, measure twice and maybe add an inch or two to your measurements. The hood is a lot smaller than pictured, but the coat is good quality though. I ended up gifting it to my daughter. I did have an issue with shipping, however, the seller did rectify the situation with no fuss, which was greatly appreciated. Handled things professionally and quickly and I did receive my order fairly quickly after.

Throughout the entire purchase, shipping, and delivery process, I was in contact with the seller, who was very kind and concerned about ensuring my item arrived in good condition and that I was happy with my purchase. 1 out of 5 starsI thought It was a Shearling/sheepskin coat it turns out it was leather. The seller ask me to send measurements which I'm not a seamstress but I tried anyway. The seller then told me that the measurements I sent seemed off. Again I am not a seamstress therefore wasn't sure of how to measure. This was obvious. I received a leather coat that wasn't my idea of a Shearling that I am unable to close. The seller doesnt seem to want to rectify it in any way. The seller continues to go back and forth with me without a solution. The seller is only being accusatory towards me as if to say its all my fault. This to me is not God business.
