If there are any terms or conditions that you do not agree with, please do not proceed with your purchase.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
RedNutCraft reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any harassing, abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior will be reported to Etsy and, when appropriate, to law enforcement authorities.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
At RedNutCraft, every product is inspected during production and again before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Our products are manufactured using eco-friendly, sustainable, plant-based materials and modern 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor surface variations, layer lines, or small imperfections may be present, particularly on downward-facing or complex geometric surfaces. These characteristics are considered normal and are not defects.
Each product is manufactured after an order is placed unless otherwise stated. If excessive defects, structural issues, or production-related damage are identified during inspection, the product will be remanufactured before shipment.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS – CONDITION AND TESTS
RedNutCraft sells products manufactured using modern 3D printing technology. Product descriptions include dimensions, intended use, material information, compatibility details (when applicable), and care instructions.
Please review all product descriptions and photographs carefully before purchasing. Product photos are intended to accurately represent the item; however, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and material characteristics.
Many products are intended for indoor use unless otherwise specified. Products should not be exposed to excessive heat, prolonged direct sunlight, dishwashers, ovens, or other conditions beyond their intended use.
Customers are encouraged to contact us prior to purchase if additional information is needed.
AUTHENTICITY
The original designs created by RedNutCraft remain the intellectual property of RedNutCraft.
We may also manufacture products under valid commercial licenses obtained from independent designers, including licensed designs from creators such as Hive Seller ID 10711. All applicable licensing requirements are respected, and the original designer will be credited within the product listing whenever required.
Certificates of authenticity are not provided. If independent verification is desired, arrangements may be made at the buyer’s expense.
MEASUREMENTS
All dimensions and weights are approximate. Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may apply due to the nature of 3D printing.
Please contact us before ordering if exact measurements are critical to your application.
PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY – SERVICES
Some factors beyond our control, including equipment maintenance, supply availability, weather conditions, production volume, and shipping carrier performance, may affect estimated processing times.
RedNutCraft reserves the right to update estimated processing times when necessary while always striving to avoid delays.
CUSTOM ORDERS / PERSONALIZATION
We gladly consider custom orders and personalization requests whenever possible.
However, RedNutCraft reserves the right to decline requests that are technically unfeasible, exceed equipment limitations, conflict with intellectual property rights, contain offensive or inappropriate content, or otherwise fall outside our production capabilities.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.
STORAGE
Unless otherwise stated, all RedNutCraft products are made-to-order and manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is placed.
Following production and final quality inspection, products are stored in a clean, smoke-free, indoor environment until they are packaged and shipped to their new owner.
This made-to-order process helps reduce waste, allows for customization opportunities, and ensures that each customer receives a newly produced item rather than inventory that has been sitting in storage for extended periods.

SHIPPING – RESPONSIBILITIES
Buyers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address.
If signature confirmation or special delivery instructions are required, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
RedNutCraft is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer or for stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation by the carrier.
RedNutCraft is responsible for properly packaging, labeling, and shipping your order. Shipping carriers are responsible for transportation and delivery services.
PROCEEDING WITH YOUR PURCHASE
By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product listing, store policies, and Etsy Terms of Service and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
You further acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description in full and have contacted us with any questions before purchasing.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed securely through Etsy using the payment methods supported by the platform.
CANCELLATIONS
Because most RedNutCraft products are made-to-order and manufactured specifically for each customer, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accepted within 2 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet started.
Once production has begun, cancellation requests can no longer be accommodated due to the custom nature of our products and the materials, labor, and machine time already invested in the order.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
Because the majority of RedNutCraft products are made-to-order and manufactured specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or buyer’s remorse cancellations after production has begun.
Please carefully review all product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, photographs, color selections, and personalization details before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping or there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review each situation individually and work toward a fair resolution.
This policy helps us maintain sustainable production practices while continuing to offer personalized and custom-made products.
PACKAGING YOUR PRODUCT – CARE / SUSTAINABILITY
We take great care when packaging every order.
Whenever possible, we follow the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle by responsibly reusing clean shipping boxes, padding materials, and packaging supplies. When new materials are required, we prioritize recyclable and reusable options.
Packaging is selected to provide appropriate protection while minimizing environmental impact.
SHIPPING – DOMESTIC
Domestic orders are shipped using the most appropriate and economical shipping service available, which may include USPS, Canada Post, UPS, or other carrier services depending on destination, package size, and availability.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
SHIPPING – PROCESSING TIME
We strive to ship all orders within the processing times stated in each listing.
However, production schedules, equipment maintenance, illness, severe weather, supply shortages, force majeure events, and carrier disruptions may occasionally result in delays.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees, and RedNutCraft cannot be held responsible for carrier-related delays.
SHIPPING – EXPEDITING
Expedited production and shipping may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
SHIPPING – INSURANCE
Most domestic shipments include insurance coverage where available.
RedNutCraft reserves the right to determine whether insurance will be purchased for individual shipments.
SHIPPING – DAMAGES
Every order is packaged carefully to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
We will assist with any carrier claims process when applicable.
Damage caused during unpacking, improper handling, misuse, modification, or normal wear is not covered.
WARRANTY
Products must be used only for their intended purpose.
Improper use, misuse, modification, exposure to excessive heat, outdoor exposure (unless specifically designed for outdoor use), chemical exposure, accidents, or neglect may void any applicable warranty considerations.
All products are sold as-is. No guarantees are made regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly described in the product listing.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their intended application before purchase.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RedNutCraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of any product.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended use and environment.
CHILD SAFETY
Some products may contain small parts and may not be suitable for young children.
Adult supervision is required whenever applicable.
RedNutCraft is not responsible for injury, misuse, or damage resulting from improper use of products.
