Welkom bij Relics & Realms — Van het Bastion naar jouw tafel
Wij zijn een kleine werkplaats met één grote passie: uitzonderlijke miniaturen leveren aan avonturiers die meer verdienen dan stof te verzamelen in een vitrine, gebaseerd op hars en een beetje geluk.
Elk miniatuur dat we verkopen is ontworpen door getalenteerde makers uit de tabletop-community. We werken uitsluitend met officieel gelicentieerde ontwerpen. Elk product dat onze Bastion verlaat, is legaal, legitiem en gebouwd op een fundament van authentiek vakmanschap.
Wat gebeurt er voordat je minischepen verschijnen?
Elke bestelling van harsmodellen die op aanvraag worden geprint, wordt twee keer afgedrukt. Eén exemplaar is klaar voor gebruik op je tafel, en het tweede exemplaar heeft zijn eigen beproevingen doorstaan. Het kan hier en daar een gebruiksspoortje van zijn reis dragen, maar het is klaar om als teststuk te dienen voordat je je penseel op je kampioen richt.
Vervolgens ondergaat elk miniatuur een drievoudige wasbeurt met isopropylalcohol. Drie keer wassen om elk spoor van niet-uitgeharde hars te verwijderen voordat er ook maar een kwast in de buurt komt. Geen kleverigheid. Geen resten. Alleen schone, uitgeharde hars.
Dan komt de primer. Een zwarte Vallejo primer vormt de basislaag, gevolgd door een dramatische, zenithale highlight met witte Vallejo verf die van bovenaf naar beneden dwarrelt en licht en schaduw over elk oppervlak werpt, nog voordat je je verfpot openmaakt. Het podium is al klaar. Jouw penseel vertelt de rest van het verhaal.
Bij onze handgeschilderde originelen vertelt het penseel al het verhaal. Wat u op de foto's ziet, is precies wat u ontvangt: een uniek, afgewerkt kunstwerk dat direct na aankomst een plekje op uw tafel kan innemen.
Wat we verder nog doen:
Relics & Realms is meer dan alleen miniaturen. We maken geanimeerde VTT-kaarten en Foundry-modules voor de digitale tafel, en we runnen een Beta Print Workshop waarin we digitale bronnen omzetten naar printklare bestanden voor de tafel. Als het op de tafel thuishoort, zijn we er waarschijnlijk mee bezig.
We staan nog maar aan het begin en we zouden het fantastisch vinden als je met ons meedoet aan dit avontuur.

We're a small workshop obsessed with one thing: getting exceptional minis into the hands of adventurers who deserve better than shelf sitting resin and a prayer.
Every miniature we carry is designed by talented creators across the tabletop community. We work exclusively with officially licensed designs. Every piece that leaves our Bastion is legal, legitimate, and built on a foundation of genuine craft.
What happens before your mini ships:
Every print on demand resin order is printed twice. One hero ready for your table, and one backup that has survived its own trials. It may bear the occasional mark of its journey, but it's ready to serve as your test piece before you commit brush to your champion.
From there every miniature endures a triple wash in isopropyl alcohol. Three passes to purge every trace of uncured resin before a brush ever gets near it. No tackiness. No residue. Just clean cured resin.
Then comes the primer. A Vallejo black primer base coat anchors the surface, followed by a dramatic zenithal highlight of Vallejo white raining down from above, casting light and shadow across every surface before you even open your paint pot. The stage is already set. Your brush tells the rest of the story.
For our hand painted originals, the brush has already told that story. What you see in the photos is exactly what you receive — a one of a kind finished piece ready to take its place at your table the moment it arrives.
What else we do:
Relics & Realms is bigger than minis. We build animated VTT maps and Foundry modules for the digital table, and run a Beta Print Workshop converting digital resources into tabletop ready print files. If it belongs at the table, we're probably working on it.
