Para él, un reloj no era solo una herramienta para saber la hora; era el latido del corazón de un hogar. Solía decir: «Ron, no solo medimos las horas; creamos los momentos que transcurren entre ellas».
Ese recuerdo se me quedó grabado. Años después, me di cuenta de que en nuestro mundo acelerado, hemos perdido la noción del tiempo. Revisamos nuestros teléfonos, vamos con prisas, nos olvidamos de levantar la vista. Empecé a crear relojes de pared porque quería hacer que la gente se detuviera —aunque solo fuera por un instante— y apreciara el espacio en el que vive.
Cada pieza que creo en mi estudio es una fusión de la esencia del viejo mundo y el diseño moderno. Cuando trabajo en un reloj, pienso en dónde colgará: sobre una mesa donde una familia comparte una comida, en una habitación infantil donde un niño crece, o en una oficina tranquila donde nacen grandes sueños.
Me llamo Oren y no solo vendo relojes. Creo arte funcional diseñado para convertir una casa en un hogar, segundo a segundo.

It all started in my grandfather’s small workshop. I remember the smell of sawdust and the steady, rhythmic tick-tock of the old pendulum clock on the wall. To him, a clock wasn’t just a tool to tell time; it was the heartbeat of a home. He used to say, "Ron, we don’t just measure hours; we frame the moments that happen between them."
That memory stayed with me. Years later, I realized that in our fast-paced world, we’ve lost our connection to time. We check our phones, we rush, we forget to look up. I started crafting wall clocks because I wanted to create something that makes people stop—even if just for a second—and appreciate the space they live in.
Every piece I create in my studio is a blend of that old-world soul and modern design. When I’m working on a clock, I’m thinking about where it will hang: over a dinner table where a family shares a meal, in a nursery watching a child grow, or in a quiet office where big dreams are born.
