1 out of 5 starsThe product arrived after a two-week wait. The jacket is very large and larger than the size indicated on the website. I requested an exchange, but after the 7-day return period (it's been 9 days), they couldn't help me. Now I'm left with a high-priced, low-quality jacket. I advise everyone against ordering from this site.

Thank you for your feedback. The jacket was made and shipped in the Small (S) size selected, based on the size chart provided on the listing. The order was delivered on 16 January 2026. Our shop has a clearly stated 7-day return policy, and the exchange request was made after this period had passed. We still requested the item be returned through Etsy’s official process, but no return shipment was initiated. We stand by the quality of our handcrafted leather products.
