Na mijn pensionering raakte ik geïnteresseerd in fotografie en het inrichten van mijn huis. Ik geniet ervan om foto's te maken van landelijke landschappen en bijzondere taferelen. Met een voorliefde voor herfstkleuren kijk ik ernaar uit om in deze tijd van het jaar meer foto's te maken. De liefde voor het vinden van pittoreske schuren, oude gebouwen en hekken is uitgegroeid tot het willen vastleggen en behouden van de essentie van het plattelandsleven in Wisconsin en het Midwesten. Als ik nu op reis ben, lach ik om hoe opgewonden ik word als ik een schuur zie en ik kan niet wachten om deze te fotograferen!

I became interested in photography after retiring and decorating my home. I enjoy taking pictures of rural landscapes and quaint scenes. With a love for fall colors, I look forward to taking more pictures at this time of year. The love of finding picturesque barns, old buildings, and fences has grown into wanting to capture and preserve the essence of rural life in Wisconsin and the Midwest. Now when I travel, I laugh at how excited I get when I see a barn and can't wait to photograph it!
