Item received and perfectly made to measure

Arrived a month or so late bec of confusion in the shipping facility i guess. But we are happy with it. I think it arrived with primer on, so needed to paint it. The hinge does make a squeaky sound, but probably just needs WD40.

Duplicate review! We ordered two gates. Item is great, exactly as described, durable and looks classy. However, like many others in the reviews we had issues with delivery. Having messaged the seller about potentially getting the gate earlier than the scheduled date, they were quick to respond and agree the new timeline, however the gate ended up later than the original date. After chasing, the seller quoted issues with Royal Mail not dispatching from the delivery point on time and the items tracking not reflecting this delay due to needing a new label. Can’t fault customer service, Joe was quick to respond and offer a discount. My advice would be if you regularly have issues with your courier, maybe consider a new courier.
