Your purchase includes 5 different aspect ratio files, each in the largest JPG size, allowing you to scale them down and print them in any size without losing quality. There are various different size possibilities to choose from among these 5 aspect ratio files.
Your files are provided in a high-quality 300 DPI (dots per inch) resolution. This is considered premium quality for printing purposes, ensuring clear and vibrant prints.
Also included in your purchase is a Print Guide, which provides step-by-step information on how to print JPEG files.

First, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

To access your digital files from your account:

Sign in to Etsy.com on a web browser (not the Etsy app) and go to "Your account".
Go to "Purchases and reviews".
Next to the order, select Download Files.
➡ If you don't see a download button, click the tiny grey arrow to the right of the order.
This brings you to the Downloads page.

If payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Please save the files to your device immediately after purchase. When a design is discontinued, it will be deleted from my cloud storage within 6 months to make room for new designs.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase.
If you don't see the emailed receipt from Etsy, check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs. If it’s not there, adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book or safe list can help you locate these emails in the future.

If you paid via Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID and cannot locate your order, or did not receive the emailed Etsy receipt, please read below.
When signing into Etsy through the app, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email", which creates a unique, random email address to use with apps, websites, etc, to keep your personal email private.
In turn, you will not receive the Etsy email receipt with the link to download your files. Instead, it was sent to the randomly created email address.

If you cannot locate your order by logging into your Etsy account through a web browser (Etsy.com - not the app), please reach out to me through Etsy messaging. Etsy support could also help you locate your order.

You need to use your desktop or mobile browser to download.

You can certainly use a home printer, however, color outcome/ quality will vary. For the best results, we recommend using a professional printing service. Local print shops or online printing services are great options. I recommend a professional online print service.
Send only files to print services- not links. For technical questions, please reach out to their support team for assistence.

I offer JPEG files in 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 11x14 in, ISO- International Standard Paper Size aspect ratios. Each of these ratios corresponds to multiple sizes. For instance, a 3:4 Aspect Ratio can be printed in sizes: 24x32 in/61x81 cm, 18x24 in/46x61 cm, 12x16 in/30x41 cm, 9x12 in/23x30 cm, 6x8 in/15x20 cm, 4.5x6 in/11x15 cm. By providing different ratios, I ensure that you can print the file in any size you want without losing quality.

A heavyweight matte paper or cardstock is a perfect budget-friendly choice. Options like fine art paper, ultra-premium presentation paper, and heavy white premium cardstock will result in excellent quality. I recommend experimenting with different paper types to find the one you love most.

To leave a review, you need to have an Etsy account, and the files must have been downloaded. Go to 'Your Account' and 'Purchases', where you can review your purchases. Alternatively, click on 'Review Your Purchases' in the middle of the dropdown menu under 'Your Profile'. Guest orders must be added to an Etsy account to leave a review.
