**Mail Delivery Delays**
USPS, UPS and FedEx packages can be delayed thru no fault of the seller. To have a better knowledge of where and when your package will be delivered, please message seller to request that your package be sent priority mail. Priority mail has a tracking number on the package to assist with knowing when it will be delivered.

**CUSTOM ORDERS**
S&S by L is accepting custom requests at this time. Please do not leave custom changes of any kind in the notes to seller without messaging first.

**Returns & Exchanges**
I will gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations, (exceptions listed below).

Contact me within: 10 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 20 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase by sending the seller a message

I can accept returns unless the item is custom or intimate (earrings). Please contact me before returning items!
