1 out of 5 starsItem didn’t match the one pictured, no labels at all on the Jacket, smells strange like strong plastic. Badly creased and after many hrs hung up still badly creased, and poorly made. A Totally different jacket to what I believed I was going to receive by the picture.

1 out of 5 starsNot recommended. They don't ask for a tax ID number and they cause customs to hold your order, only to return it to them later, and you lose your money.

We’re sorry you feel disappointed, but we’d like to clarify this for future customers. An RFC/tax ID is not required from every customer at the time of purchase. Customs requirements vary by destination and shipment, and this is not something we control. In this case, UPS requested the RFC only after the package reached customs. As soon as we were informed, we contacted the customer multiple times and clearly explained that the information was required to prevent the package from being returned or destroyed. Unfortunately, we received no response before the shipment was returned. We understand customs delays can be frustrating, but we did everything possible from our side and repeatedly followed up to help resolve the issue. We always want our customers to receive their orders successfully.
