Even though I knew already how to edit Google sites templates her template came already with full instructions, so you definitely will find it easy to navigate. The pre-made images on Canva are such a plus. Overall I am extremely happy. Do you build on other website platforms?
Yes! I design on Weebly, Squarespace, Wix, Carrd to name a few.
How long have you been designing websites?
I started learning HTML when I was a kid, back when Yahoo had Geocities (lol a long time ago). I did not move into it as a career until later in life but I have been designing websites part time until I started She Designs Things in 2021.
For those who are local to central florida, do you meet with clients?
For large scale projects that are UX/UI based I will meet with clients and discuss options in person.
Do you offer branding?
YES! I am a brand specialist and have created a few pdf guides on the topic of branding. While you do not see full brand packages here, I do offer brand identity packages with website designs. :)
Are you affiliated with Google?
I am not affiliated with Google. I just so happen to know a lot about Google products that I use every day.
Can I transfer the Google Site design over to another platform?
No. Website builders have for the most part, moved into proprietary web builders. This means most of them do not allow the transfer of a web design because they are all coded differently behind the scenes. Unless otherwise stated, assume every website builder is proprietary and non transferable.
Do you design custom Google Sites?
ABSOLUTELY! I can even create a custom ecommerce Google Site for you as well. Pricing varies by the number of product, pages, etc. contact me directly on my website - https://www.shedesignsthings.com
Can I host my blog in Google Sites?
While you may use Google Sites for your blog - I recommend using a blogging platform such as Blogger / Blogspot. This way you can monetize your blog website. Monetization is currently not supported via Google Sites.
