Hello! I'm Caroline, the founder of Sprinkles By Post.
My entrepreneurial journey began in September 2017, when I made the (surprisingly easy) decision to leave my career in banking and follow my dream of starting my own business. Baking and cake decorating have always been passions of mine, so opening an online shop that brought those worlds together felt like the perfect next step.
At first, I focused on stocking cake decorating tools and equipment—but it wasn’t long before I noticed a growing love for cake sprinkles. Once I created my first sprinkle mix, I was hooked!
Today, designing sprinkle mixes is my favourite part of the job. There's nothing better than seeing how my sprinkles add that magical finishing touch to your cakes, cupcakes, and bakes.
