5 out of 5 starsTook a bit of time to put together simply because a lot of the connections are “blind” & just have to get things lined up correctly. My cat was already climbing on it before fully assembled & she seems to like it . Just be patient putting it together but overall I recommend & seller communications were good & offered help if needed Came well packaged & arrived in very timely manner
