How long will my order take to arrive?
Your order leaves my desk in France within 1–2 business days — I don't dropship from overseas, so you're not waiting three weeks. The delivery estimate at checkout is calculated for your address and it's the one to trust. If your parcel is running late, message me and I'll chase it.
How big is it, really?
Every listing gives the exact size in centimetres and inches. Squishies photograph bigger than they are, so please check the measurements before ordering — it's the number one thing people get wrong.
Is it safe for my kid?
These are toys for ages 3+ unless the listing says otherwise. They're not teething toys, and they're not for children who still put things in their mouth. Adult supervision, always.
It arrived flat / it doesn't bounce back
Slow-rise foam compresses in transit. Give it a few slow squeezes and leave it out of the packaging for an hour or two. If it's still not springing back after a day, message me.
Does it smell?
New foam has a faint plastic smell that fades within a few days out of the bag. If yours smells strongly of chemicals, that's not normal — tell me.
Can I return it?
Yes. 14 days from delivery, item unused and in its original condition. Return postage is on you, but message me first — if the problem is my fault, I'll cover it.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
For party favours, classroom sets or anything over 10 pieces, message me. I can usually do better than the listed price.
