Returns & exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after receiving your order. In order to refund your money, items must first be returned in the same condition as they were upon the shippment. Seller's shipping costs are excluded from the total sum of refund.
The buyer has to pay for shipping the item back to us.
We accept all returns if not satisfied for any reason, or you dont feel happy with your item.
Refunds:
If the shop refunds the money, VAT (21%), Etsy fee (5%), PayPal fee (4,95%) will be excluded from the total refund sum. Those are the nonrefundable funds sellers pay on each transaction.
