How long does processing take?
All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping.
During holidays or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated shipping times depend on your location and the shipping carrier.
Typical delivery estimates:
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
How do I choose the correct size?

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to display colors as accurately as possible.
How are the shirts printed?
Most apparel is printed using high-quality DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing methods for vibrant colors and long-lasting designs.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
the item arrives damaged
the product is defective
the wrong item was received
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because items are custom made.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please send us:
a photo of the item
your order number
a brief description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.
