Yes, we offer personalization on most products. Wedding stationery, kids name prints, planners with custom dates, and similar items can be tailored to you.

Look for the personalization box on the listing. If you don't see one and you'd like something custom, message us before you buy. We'll let you know if it's possible and what it costs.

Personalization usually adds 24 to 48 hours to digital orders. Printed personalized orders follow the same production time as standard printed items.

Digital prints

Most printable wall art includes these sizes in one purchase: 5x7, 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 18x24 inches. International A4 and A3 sizes are included where applicable.

Planners, activity packs, and templates are formatted for US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4. Both are in the file.

Printed posters and apparel

Each printed listing shows the available sizes in the size dropdown at checkout. Apparel sizing charts are included in the listing photos. Measure a similar item you already own and compare before ordering.

Printable wall art

Print on quality paper or card stock for best results. For long-lasting display, frame behind glass to protect from fading and dust. Keep prints out of direct sunlight to preserve colour over time.

Printed posters

Handle by the edges. Frame behind glass for protection. Store flat or rolled in a tube if not framing right away.

Apparel and fabric items

Wash inside out in cold water. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Don't iron directly on the print. Don't dry clean or bleach. Following these keeps the print looking sharp wash after wash.

Stickers and paper goods

Keep dry. Store flat. Stickers apply best to clean, smooth surfaces.

Printed products are packed with care by our print partner. Posters ship in protective tubes or rigid mailers. Apparel ships in poly mailers. Stickers and small items ship flat in rigid envelopes.

We don't currently offer gift wrapping or gift messages on printed items, since they ship directly from our print partner.

Digital products make easy gifts. Buy the file, download it, and send it by email or print it yourself. If you'd like a gift card or printable gift note added to a digital order, message us. We'll send a free PDF you can include.

After your purchase, your files are ready in two places:

- Your Etsy account, under "Purchases and reviews." Click "Download Files" next to your order.
- Your email. Etsy sends a confirmation with download links.

If you checked out as a guest, check the email you used at checkout for the download link.

Files don't expire. You can re-download them any time from your Etsy account.

Some of our digital products are fully editable. The listing tells you clearly if it is, and which tool you'll need:

- Canva templates: free Canva account required. Edit text, colours, and layouts in your browser. The link to your template is inside the PDF you download.
- Notion templates: free Notion account required. Duplicate the template into your workspace using the link inside the PDF.
- Spreadsheets: open in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers. Fully editable.
- Static PDFs: not editable. What you see in the listing is what you get.

If you need help editing a product, message us.

We work with high-quality print partners to keep this as close as possible. A few honest notes:

- Colours can vary slightly between screens and print runs. What looks bright on your phone may look slightly softer in print.
- Paper or fabric type affects how colours appear.
- Monitor calibration and lighting in your room change how a print looks once it's hanging on your wall.

If a printed product arrives looking faulty (blurry, smudged, wrong colours far from the listing), send us a photo within 14 days and we'll replace or refund it.

Digital products are files you download and use yourself. You print them at home or at a print shop, or use them on your phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing ships. They arrive instantly.

Printed products are physical items (posters, apparel, stickers) made just for you and shipped to your address by our print partner. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, plus shipping time.

Each listing makes it clear which type you're buying. Look for "Digital download" or "Made to order" in the listing details.

Our products are licensed for personal use only.

You can:

- Print and use any digital product for your own home, family, wedding, or event
- Use Notion templates and spreadsheets in your personal or business workflow
- Gift a printed product to someone else

You cannot:

- Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files
- Use our designs to create products you sell
- Claim our designs as your own
