Unfortunately for personalised orders, they are custom to the buyer so I am not able to resell them, therefore I do not accept returns on these items.

What is your turn around time for proofs?

Often I can turn around the proof design within the same day, dependent on the time of the order.

Are there any restrictions to the personalistation that we can use?

For GDPR please ensure that any information that you send over is your own. If the names do not match up I will contact you before creating any proofs or sending out any products.
