1 out of 5 starsThe key are in the wrong spot it's like someone rip the keys off and then put them in the wrong spot I don't have time to play guess a key. This computer is no good to me and I would not do this to no one. there's a whole lot of other things that is wrong with this computer.

Thank you for your feedback. The laptop has a German (QWERTZ) keyboard layout, which was clearly stated in the listing description. Because of this, some keys may appear in different positions compared to the standard US (QWERTY) keyboard layout. The laptop was fully tested and working before shipping. If you had contacted me first, I would have been happy to help or discuss possible solutions. Customer satisfaction is important to me, and I always try to describe my items as accurately as possible.
