· · · THE BEGINNING · · ·
Twenty years is a long time to show up.
Twenty years of early mornings, long meetings, spreadsheets, deadlines, and the particular kind of exhaustion that comes not just from the work itself — but from giving everything you have to an institution, and then coming home and giving what's left to the people you love most.
That has been my life. A career in banking spanning over two decades. A full-time role that demanded precision, composure, and resilience. And beyond those walls: a home to hold together, a husband to partner with, children to raise, a mother to care for, and a version of myself I was quietly trying not to lose.
I am not writing this to ask for sympathy. I am writing it because I think you know exactly what I mean.
"I was competent at work and tired at home, organised in meetings and scattered in my own mind."
Somewhere between the performance reviews and the school pickups, I felt a quiet gap open up. Not a crisis. Just a steady, growing awareness that I was managing life rather than living it. That I had a voice at the conference table but struggled to advocate for myself at home. That I knew how to plan a quarterly budget but could not find twenty minutes to plan my own next step.
· · · THE TURN · · ·
I did not have a dramatic awakening. I had a Saturday afternoon.
My children were napping. The house was quiet for once. I sat with a notebook and I wrote down everything I was carrying — every role, every responsibility, every goal I had pushed to the edge of the page. And I looked at it and I thought: this is not sustainable. And it is also not the end.
I did not want to quit my career. I love what I do. I am proud of it. What I wanted was a way to think more clearly. To communicate more confidently. To make space for the part of me that had always wanted to build something of her own — slowly, intentionally, without sacrificing everything else to do it.
So I started building tools. For myself, first.
A planner that actually matched how my brain worked under pressure. A framework for organising my thoughts before high-stakes conversations. A reflection worksheet that helped me track not just what I was doing, but who I was becoming. Simple, practical things. Nothing fancy. Just structure that gave me back some clarity in a life that often felt like too many open tabs.
"I wasn't designing products. I was solving problems I lived every single day."
· · · WHY THIS SHOP EXISTS · · ·
ThinkGrowLead Co was born from the belief that growth does not require perfection. It does not require a free schedule, a quiet house, or a version of yourself that has already figured everything out.
It requires intention. Small, consistent steps. And the right tool at the right moment.
The worksheets, planners, and workbooks in this shop are not templates someone designed to look good on Pinterest. They are the actual tools I built because I needed them — refined, expanded, and made beautiful so they could serve you the way they served me.
Each product in this shop is designed to help you:
— Simplify your thoughts: when everything feels loud and overwhelming
— Organise your time: without the guilt of not doing enough
— Communicate with confidence: in your career, your relationships, and your own mind
— Build your goals step by step: without waiting for the perfect moment to start
— Feel in control again: even on the days that don't go to plan
This shop is for the woman who gets up early and stays up late. For the professional who wants to grow but doesn't know where to start. For the parent who gives so much to everyone else that they have forgotten to give something back to themselves. For anyone standing at the intersection of ambition and exhaustion, wondering if there is a better way.
There is. And you deserve it.
· · · A NOTE TO YOU · · ·
I am still in banking. I still have long days and full evenings and a family who needs me. This shop did not come from a place of ease. It came from a decision — made slowly, over many quiet Saturday afternoons — that I wanted to leave something useful in the world.
Something that says: I see you. I know what this life asks of you. And I made something that might help.
You do not need a perfect life to start improving it. You just need one small, intentional step.
I hope you find yours here.
With warmth,
ThinkGrowLead Co
