Processing & Shipping Time

-All of our items are made-to-order, so processing time is longer than standard ready-made products. Please allow 5–7 business days for production.
Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

What If I Receive the Wrong or Damaged Item?

- We will support you to return if there is any problem from manufacturing defect
- Photo or video of the product, along with a photo of the shipping label
If the recipient no longer has the package, a confirmation message stating that the label/box is no longer available.
