No returns on tools, patterns or threads. Please contact me direct if you have an issue with an item and we will work something out.

Yes, we can recommend great videos for you if you're having trouble understanding how to use your tools properly.
How soon can I expect my item to arrive?
We ship 7 days a week. Most orders are shipped same day or next day. With Covid 19, shipping can be delayed in some areas of the country but most items arrive within a few business days. Tracking is provided with your order. Please contact me if you still have issues and we can BOTH work to resolve them together.
Do you ship outside the USA?
