This seller shipped a delicate necklace in a plastic envelope and the necklace broke and a piece fell off and was cracked and cannot be repaired. She told me that I would have to file a claim with the postal service myself and that she could not do it but I know that sellers CAN file for their buyer because I have done this for my buyers. Also, she could have simply offered me a refund herself since it was her fault. But she probably knew Etsy would do it. NOT a nice seller who takes no responsibility.
