UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard (estimated 2-3 days delivery).

International orders (Europe and Worldwide) are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked as standard (estimated 7–21 days).

Express shipping is available for both domestic and international orders — simply select your preferred option at checkout.

Our relics are crafted from high-quality 316L stainless steel — a durable, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant material built to withstand everyday wear.

While they’re resilient, we recommend removing your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or showering to maintain its original finish for as long as possible.

To keep your pieces looking their best, a light polish with a liquid jewellery cleaner now and then will help preserve their shine and detail.

Our items are NEVER dropshipped from anywhere, and are sent worldwide directly from our customisation workshop in the UK.

All jewellery orders are wrapped in a padded bubble wrap pouch inside a zip-lock protection bag, ensuring no moisture enters and your pieces are received in their best condition, wherever you order from.

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date.

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or need an adjustment, message us first and we’ll guide you. Items must be returned unworn, and return/resend shipping costs are your responsibility.

For refunds, please contact us before returning your item so we can confirm details. Return shipping costs apply.

If something isn’t right, contact us before leaving a review — we’ll work to resolve it. Negative reviews have a big impact on our small business, so please refrain from doing so.

In the rare case that your item breaks within 30 days of purchase, we’ll replace it free of charge.

1. Are U.S. tariffs included in my delivery fee?

Yes. For items priced under £100, a 10% U.S. import tariff (required by U.S. customs) is now included as part of your delivery fee. We pre-pay this fee to ensure smooth delivery to you—so there's nothing extra to pay upon receipt.

2. What happens if my order is over £100?

For orders over £100, an additional £12 tariff fee will be added to your postage fee to cover our costs.
