Will your decals stick to my type of walls?
Our vinyl decals can be applied to most smooth surfaces, including untextured walls, finished wood, mirrors, tile, glass and plastic.
**Decals are NOT recommended for textured walls!**
PLEASE BE ADVISED that vinyl wall decals do not adhere to walls painted with “zero VOC” or “VOC free” paint. It is not recommended that you apply our vinyl wall decals to walls that have been painted with this new, eco-friendly paint.
***Refunds will NOT be issued for decals not sticking due to this type of paint.
Are the decals removable or reusable?
Our decals are removable, but not reusable.
Where do I leave the details I want on my order?
Please leave all details you would like for your order in the "Notes to Seller".
Do you send a proof?
All Custom Orders will be sent a proof, to be approved, before sale.
Do you offer test/color samples?
Yes, we do. If you need to know if our decals will stick to your wall, please request a free test decal!
If you have a question about our colors or are trying to match up colors with your décor, please message us with your address, and up to ten colors we offer. We will mail them to you for free!
How long does shipping take?
How long does shipping take?
We ship within 3-5 business days and actual shipping time depends on where the package is being shipped to.
**US - Shipping is provided through USPS and can take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive (but is NOT guaranteed). Once a package is accepted into the USPS mail system, I no longer have control over it or delivery times.
** Once item is accepted into USPS system we are no longer liable for the package or delivery date.**
