Mijn reis naar de oprichting van WorkFlo Design op Etsy is een verhaal van passie, expertise en een verlangen om kleine bedrijven te voorzien van de tools die ze nodig hebben voor succes. Met meer dan 20 jaar ervaring als projectmanager en serviceleveringsmanager bij de Britse overheid, en later als directeur van technische diensten in de particuliere sector, samen met een masterdiploma in informatietechnologie en management en ITIL 4-certificering, heb ik heeft een schat aan kennis en vaardigheden opgebouwd in het creëren van efficiënte, gestroomlijnde processen en uitgebreide documentatie.
Het idee voor de winkel is ontstaan uit een besef: veel kleine bedrijven hebben moeite om het soort professionele, uitgebreide documenten te creëren dat hun activiteiten echt naar een hoger niveau kan tillen, simpelweg omdat ze de tijd of expertise missen. Omdat ik voormalig directeur van een technologiebedrijf was, begreep ik deze uitdagingen uit de eerste hand en wist ik dat ik een verschil kon maken.
WorkFlo Design vertegenwoordigt mijn toewijding om hoogwaardige, gemakkelijk aanpasbare documentsjablonen op de markt te brengen. Deze sjablonen zijn niet alleen documenten; ze zijn het resultaat van jarenlange ervaring, ontworpen om bedrijven te helpen efficiënter te opereren, aan de regelgeving te voldoen en de groei te bevorderen.
Elke sjabloon in mijn winkel is gemaakt met dezelfde zorg en aandacht voor detail als ik aan mijn eigen bedrijf zou besteden, zodat kleine bedrijven kunnen profiteren van hetzelfde niveau van operationele uitmuntendheid als grotere bedrijven. Van gezondheids- en veiligheidsbeleid tot personeelshandboeken en ITIL V4-documenten, ik ben toegewijd aan het bieden van de fundamentele hulpmiddelen die bedrijven nodig hebben om te floreren.
My journey to founding WorkFlo Design on Etsy is a story of passion, expertise, and a desire to empower small businesses with the tools they need for success. With over 20 years of experience as a Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager within the UK Government, and later as a Director of Technical Services in the private sector, along with a Master’s Degree in Information Technology & Management and ITIL 4 certification, I've accumulated a wealth of knowledge and skills in creating efficient, streamlined processes and comprehensive documentation.
The idea for the shop was born out of a realisation: many small businesses struggle to create the kind of professional, comprehensive documents that can truly elevate their operations, simply because they lack the time or expertise. Having been an ex-director of a technology company, I understood these challenges firsthand and knew I could make a difference.
WorkFlo Design represents my commitment to bringing high-quality, easily customisable document templates to the market. These templates are not just documents; they are a culmination of years of experience, designed to help businesses operate more efficiently, comply with regulations, and foster growth.
