On average, production time for my customs is about 3-5 business days. If your order requires a photo, please send me one promptly to avoid delays in production.

Delivery times are as follows according the USPS website:

- USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
- USPS Express Mail: Next day/2nd day before 6pm guaranteed

Delivery time is only guaranteed for EXPRESS mail. Deliveries may be delayed due to holidays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. Once I hand your package off to the post office, I no longer have control over it.

Please note, buying a shipping upgrade does not increase production speed. Orders still take me 3-5 business days to make.

Because my items are custom made and personalized to each customer, all sales are final and I do not accept returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged or with a major defect due to an error on my part (wrong image, color, text, or misspelling), I will send you a corrected replacement free of charge. If the error was on your part, I'll have to charge you for any replacements.

In rare cases where I cannot send you a replacement, you will receive a full refund instead. :)

Because I start working on my orders immediately, I do not accept order cancellations. In rare cases where I cannot complete your order, I will cancel and fully refund you.

Proofs are automatically sent for custom trading cards with photos and available by request for non-photo trading cards.

If you receive a proof, please review it and submit any revisions within 24 hours, otherwise your order will print as shown on the proof to allow ample time for production and shipping.

Please note, once your proof is approved, your design is locked in and will print as shown at the time of approval.

Please double check your spelling, grammar, and all information both before ordering and before approving your proof. Thank you! :)

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Occasionally, USPS will mark a package as delivered, but won't deliver it until a later date. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for your package to be delivered. If your order is still lost, please read below.

In rare cases, your order may be lost in the mail. If your tracking number hasn't updated and you haven't received your order after your estimated delivery date or if your item is marked as delivered but missing, you'll have to open a missing item case directly with Etsy for reimbursement.

Although I strive for perfection, please be aware that all of my items are handmade and may include minor imperfections, including, but not limited to: slightly off-center cropping, minor chips, cracks, creases, bends, or dings, variations in print color versus color on screen, or any other slight defects you might expect from a handmade item. However, if your item arrives with significant damage, please contact me so we can resolve it, thanks! :)
