Damages
To claim any postal damages please send us a video or photo within 24 hours of the package arriving. If the item is in stock I will endeavour to replace it or you can choose a different design within the same price range of the original purchase.

Claims must be made within 24 hours of package arriving, tracking number via postal company will be checked to confirm delivery date.

Refund
Refunds will not be permitted due to change of mind. However refund would apply in the case of *we can not replace the item damaged through postal. If you are unhappy with the quality please email us your feedback on botanaicalvibess@gmail.com.

As each piece would most likely be unique, as we only plan to buy one of each design in different colours. If we are unable to replace your damaged item with another design a refund would be offered instead. *Replacement would only apply due to postal damages
