"In love with our new address sign! Shipping was good, and customer service was good. There were no instructions on how to install. It comes in separate pieces which was very confusing if you don’t know what you’re doing. It was supposed to come with a smart plug and did not. We had to ask them to come and install and they did within a week of receiving product. Lights are bright and looks great. Glue strings could have been cleaned up a little better but cannot see them when it’s up."
