Many of our items are handmade or produced in limited batches, and size may vary accordingly. Expect some minor variation in final size.

Most of our items can be personalized with your own wording, names, dates and more. You will receive a proof by email or via Etsy before your order goes into production. Please confirm that the spelling and layout is correct. Once approved, your order is placed in production and cannot be modified.

If proof is not responded to within 72 hours item will be produced at our discretion with information buyer provided.

Glass and crystal items should be hand-washed. Etching is permanent and cannot be removed. Barware and drinkware is dishwasher safe unless otherwise noted.

Printed items should be gently cleaned with a damp cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid soaking, scrubbing, or using strong cleaners on print area.

Some soot may be present in engraved areas on leather items - use a cotton swab to gently and carefully wipe clean. Use warm water. For difficult stains, apply rubbing alcohol to cotton swab. Do not scrub or forcefully rub, to prevent additional smearing or forcing the dirt further into the surface. Avoid washing leather items.

All stainless steel tumblers and insulated drinkware should be hand-washed to preserve the vacuum seal.
