I ship priority + tracking number. After the package is sent I will send you a message with the tracking number and the site where you can track the package. If there will be any problems feel free to contact me. Products are perfectly handled and packaged accordingly.
We cannot give you a refund because of the long shipping, because we can't control the shipping time. If the package is proven lost you can request a replacement.

No problem, please contact me within 24 hours and send the right address or the item will be sent to the given address. If you don't contact me on time, the item will be shipped to the wrong address and probably will be sent back to me. In this case, you will have to pay shipping one more time so I can send the package to the right address.

♡ Always remember to take your jewelry off before sleeping, swimming, showering, or exercising.
♡ It's best to avoid water, chemicals, or alcohol-based products such as perfume, and hairspray when wearing them.
♡ To clean it, wash it under lukewarm water and lay it flat to dry.
♡ Never use any harsh cleaners such as bleach or abrasives to clean your jewelry
♡ Avoid storing jewelry in hot/wet places.
♡ Keep it in a jewelry box after use.

Sometimes USPS packages can be marked as delivered, but not show up until a few days afterward.
To try to locate your package, first check with neighbors or family. I then recommend calling your local post office and asking them to verify via GPS coordinates where the package was marked as delivered. Generally, they will be able to solve the issue at this point.
If you believe your package was stolen, please file a police report with your local agency and report the theft to the Postal Inspection service. Mail theft is a federal crime, and because we are both losing time and money in these situations, I do make sure we utilize all possible resources.
