This product features a lightweight neoprene Tempdrop device holster, with one opening for the temp sensor and another for easy button access. The band itself is 1.25" wide ultra plush elastic with a cotton sleeve covering the adjustable velcro attachment for ease in finding the most comfortable fit.

The entire armband (holster, band, and sleeve) is machine washable -- just remember to remove your Tempdrop device first! Can be made latex-free by request. Recommended not to tumble dry.

❋ TAKING ARM MEASUREMENT ❋

Customers should take care to measure their arm properly at the point where the armband will be worn.

∗ Wrap a cloth tape measure around the upper arm at the point just above the bicep where the armband will be worn.
- The tape should fit snugly but not too tight.
- If you don't have a cloth tape measure, use a piece of thick string or yarn, mark the measurement, then measure the length of yarn using a ruler or metal measuring tape.
- I do NOT recommend using a metal measuring tape to measure around the arm.

❋ PROPER USE AND ADJUSTMENTS ❋

∗ Insert the device into the holster.
- Insert the device tip-first through the large hole.
- Grab the tip firmly inside the holster while you grab the other side of the opening with your other hand.
- Gently pull the other side of the opening up and around the bottom of the device, wiggling the fabric evenly on all sides.
- The metal sensor will be shown through the large hole,
- Tempdrop on/off button will be visible through the small hole in the back.
- Make sure that the tip is seated firmly into the top of the holster and not poking through the button hole.
∗ Adjust the armband
- With one hand grasping the elastic, tug at the cloth sleeve to expose the velcro attachment.
- Try on the armband to check for fit.
- It should fit snugly enough so that it doesn't fall down your arm, but not tight enough to cause discomfort.
- Adjust the velcro accordingly to be either closer together or farther apart.
- Check for fit again and repeat as needed
- Once you're happy with the fit, pull the sleeve back over the velcro.
- You should be all set now! No need to make adjustments each night--simply pull the armband on or off
∗ Proper use
- Turn the device on before putting it on by pressing the button through the small button hole.
- The Tempdrop device should be worn on the INSIDE of the upper arm, close to the armpit.
- Make sure that the tip is pointed down toward your elbow before sliding it on
- The armband is designed to stay in place overnight with a comfortable fit -- it should not be worn too tight!
