We do not have a control over delivery once the package is handled by post office, and we are not responsible for the lost package. To prevent your packages from being miss delivered or lost, please make sure you fill in the correct address and correct contact information. ​If your parcel doesn't arrive on time, please reach out the courier service directly to enquire about your missing parcel.

We apologize If you received a faulty product and we are happy to provide you with the best possible solution. Please follow the return process and attach a photo of your faulty item. We offer either a full refund or exchange, and please post the faulty item back to us (postage in this case will be paid for by us). However we can only replace faulty items for the exact same item. We would be happy to accept any returns/exchanges. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received it. Please send us a message to get the return address. Once we have received the returned items, we will issue the refund as soon as possible.

Please note buyers are responsible for return postage costs. For U.S customers, return postage may cost from $12 to $18 if shipping from the U.S. to Canada. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For our gold-plated findings, the material of the earring post is gold plated over sterling silver. It is quite soft compared to other metals. Keep bending the post will weaken the metal. To fix bent earring posts, gently straighten them using a pair of pliers. Please DO NOT work the post back and forth because too much will break it in two.

Our Stainless steel findings will not rust or tarnish. Steel jewelry is very durable and resists corrosion and oxidation. It won’t get scratched easily since it’s very hard material.

Gold-plated jewelry is made of a non-gold metal that covered with a thin layer of gold.
