💌 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Every item is thoughtfully made and packaged with care. If something arrives damaged or there’s a concern, please reach out within 7 days of delivery — I’ll do all I can to make things right with warmth and understanding. At this time, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of heart, especially on personalized or digital items. Thank you for your kind understanding.
📦 How long will it take to receive my order?
Most pieces are created just for you and are lovingly prepared within 2–7 business days.
Shipping times depend on your location. Estimated delivery times are:
• Canada: 10–30 business days
• Australia: 10–30 business days
• U.S.: 2–6 business days (please note, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7–12 business days)
⏳ A gentle note: shipping times may vary a little during holidays or unexpected delays, but I’ll always keep you in the loop.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship to Canada, the United States, and Australia, with hopes of expanding gently in the future. If you’re located elsewhere and feel drawn to something in my shop, feel free to send a message — I’m always happy to explore what might be possible.
🏠 I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Oh no — that happens sometimes! Please message me as soon as you can. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll happily update the address. Once it’s in transit, I may not be able to make changes, but I’ll do my best to support you however I can.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
At this time, I don’t offer gift wrapping, as many of my items are made to order and sent directly from my production partners. However, each piece is thoughtfully packaged with care and arrives ready to be gifted if you wish. If you're sending a gift and would like to include a note, please feel free to message me — I’ll always do what I can to help make it meaningful.

Each item is designed to be both beautiful and lasting. Here are a few gentle care tips:
• Keep candles out of direct sunlight and always burn safely on a heat-safe surface.
• To keep your journal looking its best, use a soft, clean, dry cloth to gently brush away any dust or dirt—from the center of the book outward.
• Handle ornaments and keepsakes with love and store them in a soft, dry space when not in use.
• Avoid using water or harsh cleaners on printed surfaces.

Some items include gentle personalization options. If you’re dreaming of something meaningful or unique — especially as a gift or keepsake — please feel free to reach out. I’d be honored to chat about creating something special with you.
🖥️ How will I receive my digital download or printable?
Your digital file will be available to download directly after purchase — no waiting required. You’ll also receive an email from Etsy with a link to access your files. Everything is ready for you to print and enjoy at your own pace. ✨
