I never received my item nor had any communication from the seller when I reached out. I truly hope the shop owner is okay!

Reached out several times and bever received my tshirt

My order never arrived and in fact was never even shipped after waiting almost 2 months. I tried to reach out to the seller and was met with absolutely nothing. It's seems as if the people who have received products from this person have been really happy I have no doubt they are an amazing artist but I would not recommend putting your self through the frustration and anxiety of ordering anything from this shop

I waited for over a month to get my order. It Never came and you never replied. I had to get etsy support to intervene. Support issued refund immediately when it showed you never shipped the item. We both live in USA so it should have been an easy ship. Stop being sloppy. My time has been wasted.

I ordered this item on the 2/12. When seller missed the shipping date, I messaged them to ask when to expect the item in the mail (2/22). I didn’t receive a reply. After waiting more than a month (3/18) and not receiving any communication from the seller, I asked for a refund. I am really disappointed. I was hoping to use the patch I ordered for a project. I would not recommend this seller.

Order placed Nov 23rd. No tracking number was ever provided. Item marked as shipped 12/4. Seller contacted via pm for update 12 /12 but failed to respond to my inquiry for a confirmation that it had shipped (as it never updated in my dashboard) and for a tracking number. I messaged seller for a second time on 12/15 requesting immediate reply or I'd file a complaint with etsy. Finally, once the complaint was filed I recieved a response indicating that my money was refunded. I never wanted a refund. This patch was intended to be the primary piece for a project that I was hired to complete for a client. I indicated in my complaint that my ideal resolution was to recieve the item, not a refund. I'm greatful to have my funds returned, but all in all due to awful communication and poor shipping this has been my worst etsy experience

Worst seller experience. Never again.
