How long does it take to receive my order?
Most items are made especially for you once your order is placed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes an additional 2–5 business days depending on your location.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please message me right away with a photo of the issue. I will quickly send a replacement or issue a refund—your satisfaction is very important to me.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
