How do I download my purchase?
Your digital files are available immediately after purchase! You'll receive:
An email from Etsy with your download link
Access to files in your Etsy account under "You" > "Purchases and Reviews"
IMPORTANT: Downloads do NOT work on the Etsy mobile app. You must use a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) on desktop or mobile to download your files.
I didn't receive my download link. What do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder for an email from Etsy. If you still can't find it:
Log into Etsy.com on a web browser (not the app)
Click "You" in the top right
Select "Purchases and Reviews"
Find your order and click "Download Files"
If you're still having trouble after 1 hour, message us with your order number and we'll send the files directly!
