Stand is great quality. Deep cut does a good job holding picture or card in place in the stand. Wood mass keeps stand where it belongs on desk or table or etc. It doesnt slide around. I needed a second stand smaller than standard one on offer for a small old fashion snapshot.most snap shots. Erin worked with me. I was very pleased with our communications. And she mad just the change I wanted.
