Returns and Exchanges Additional
We will gladly do a one time exchange of an item you ordered for a different size if the original, unworn/unwashed item is sent back to us within 7 days of receiving order. Please contact us via Etsy for return address. Personalized items (such as names changed/added, original text changed , year changed, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Since all items are made to order we will not accept returns to refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If your tracking number states that your order was delivered, but you don't have it in hand, you will need to contact your postal worker. We are not responsible for the delayed, lost or stolen items.
Processing time
After we receive your payment, it usually takes us 2-3 business days to get your item ready to ship. This is our regular processing time and it doesn't refer to the times when our shop is away. Please refer to the actual listings for the current processing time and delivery estimates.
Shippping
The approximate shipping time is 3-5 business days. We will ship your order to address you provided during checkout. We are not responsible if you left incorrect shipping address and package wasn't delivered on time. You can contact us, no later then 2-3 hours after purchase, only on ETSY convos (not email), if you want us to ship your package to another address or upgrade your shipping method. If package returns due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges for reshipping item .
Please contact us prior your purchase if you need item by certain date. There is NO GUARANTEE for First class and Priority mail delivery date - it's just estimated by USPS website.
