Care instructions

Please make sure any excess water is always wiped off for better longevity of your concrete items. Wipe with damp clothes. Handle with care. Do not submerge. Not dishwasher or microwave safe. No food safe. Do not use surfaces for cutting.

Size&Colour details

Size may vary +/-0.5cm
Please keep in mind that every computer monitor displays colour slightly differently. So, what you see on your computer screen could conceivably vary a little bit from the items you receive.

Delivery

Shipping address: Please make sure that your address is correct during the checkout. Your package will be sent to this address.

Packaging: All items are professionally wrapped and packaged. We try to use recycled packaging materials when possible.

Shipping (UK): All packages sent with Evri, 2nd class, include a tracking number. Shipping generally takes anywhere between 2-4 days.

Lost, stolen or missing packages: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges.

Payment terms

Please remember orders do not ship until payment has been received, and will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours.

Returns & exchanges & cancellations

I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Because of the nature of items, unless they arrive damaged or broken, I can't accept returns. We accept returns just when your items arrive broken/ damaged. In the unlikely event that all or part of your order arrives damaged please send us an email as soon as possible to goslowgs@gmail.com with photographic proof of the damages (to the products and the condition of the outside packaging). These will be used to file a damages claim with Evri. We will do our best to assess and solve the issue with you.

OUTLET

In a quest to reduce waste, I am now selling trays that just don't quite make the cut. These are being sold at a discounted price and whilst these trays are all perfectly useable and finished to the same standard, they do have slight imperfections, which may include: slight discolouration, more than the usual air bubbles or a wobbly bottom.
