What shipping method do you use?
*Free shipping is included with every purchase
I ship via UPS Ground Shipping or USPS priority mail depending on where you live and size of what is purchased.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. That will inform on which carrier it will be shipped from.
If, your purchase becomes damaged or lost during transit, please contact me within 3 days so that I can begin claim processes.
If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items to be returned should be received in their original condition to avoid being charged for loss of value.
Do you offer any discounts?

Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, with the exception of returns or exchanges due to damage.
If your sign arrives damaged, I am happy to repair or replace as warranted on a case by case basis. Buyers must contact me within 3 days of receipt to report damage and submit pictures to be eligible for repair or replacement.
If there is ever a problem, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us PRIOR to leaving feedback and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What is your current turnaround time?
My current turnaround time can be found on each listing and in my shop announcements.
If you need an order rushed, please ask me for a rush production upgrade. I will make you a listing, if you order without purchasing the rush production upgrade will not be honored.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you currently have an order in production and are wondering when it will ship, you can view your ship date on your receipt page under “Purchases and Reviews”.
Are the designs vinyl?
All designs are painted, you will not receive any vinyl on any purchases.
Can I change/add a word to the sign?
Yes! Please contact me in advance to double check to make sure it is possible.
If you want to make huge change to the sign, changing it completely then there will be an extra charge. That would be considered a custom order.
How do I hang the sign?
All wooden signs are designed with a "lip" on the back from which to hang. I recommend that all large signs be hung using either french cleats or drywall anchors.
Can you suggest what color/size I should get?
I will do my best to help you find the size or color that would best fit. Colors vary through screens, so if you send me a photo of something you want it to match it may not be exact. I can not recommend a size to purchase without knowing the exact measurement of the area you would like to put it.
Please note that I am not an interior decorator.
What is considered a custom order?
If you want to change the font or wording of the sign that is considered a custom sign. You will be charged an additional fee for the changes made.
If you want to change the colors of the sign in any way that is NOT considered an additional fee. Please contact me before purchase or leave a note in the comments.
Can I cancel an order?
You have 24 hours after purchase to cancel an order. Once it is started to be made, you can not cancel. Every piece is specifically handmade for each customer.
If your reason to cancel is because it takes to long, I can show you the price to upgrade your shipping. Or you can purchase a rush order upgrade for $20.
