Fantastic Etsy Seller & Creator of this Rear Logic Display upgrade. Installing this on my second motorized homedepot R2D2. I'm putting in two simple 3V filament LED strings behind this RLD to save on costs & also to piggyback off the 3V electrical connection from the default FLD lighting on the front of R2's dome to be able have all of the dome lights turn on/off at the same time. This RLD is meant to be used with astropixels - but this RLD is versatile enuf to be used with my simpler super cheap static lighting. FYI: Another 3D-printed RLD is offered by a different etsy creator - but IMHO this RLD by LayerPrinter looks more authentic with the four rows going end-to-end & has the nice translucent screen. Fantastic Etsy Seller & Creator of this set of Battery Box cable copper mesh hose covers with knurled connectors & foot plates for the homedepot R2D2. Quick Shipping & Timely Delivery. Already ordered this set for my first R2 - and now ordered again for my second R2. This definitely adds more of an authenticity to the homedepot R2D2. Easy to assemble: Push the original cables into the mesh pieces & then cut to size & then push the mesh ends into the ends of the original cables & then I would glue on knurled connectors to hold copper mesh covered hoses together. Put the plates on & then I would glue the connectors in place. Easy Peasy. Very Nice Looking. Thanks So Much to Etsy & LayerPrinter.
