Due to our remote location, our shipping and processing workflow is a little different. Here’s what you can expect

1. Processing & Preparation:
After your order is placed, we will immediately print your shipping label and prepare your package. This allows us to get everything ready for the next available pickup.

2. Tracking Updates:
Please note that it can take 6-7 business days for the tracking number to activate and show its first scan in the system. This is completely normal! Your item is not lost; it is simply waiting for the postal service to collect and process it from our location.

3. Transit Time:
Once scanned, please allow an estimated 12-15 business days for your package to arrive. Shipping times are an estimate and can occasionally be longer due to factors outside of our control (like weather).

Our Guarantee to You:
Your satisfaction is our priority. In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will happily either resend your items or provide a full refund. Please just message us so we can make it right!
