More info on turnaround time
When your proofs are sent for your review, please reply within 2 days with your revisions or approval. Keep in mind that the faster the proofing process goes, the faster your order can be sent to print.
Once your proofs are approved, your order will be printed and processed within 10 business days.
You will receive an Etsy notification when your order ships. Please note that shipping time is in addition to processing time. All orders will be ship with a tracking number for your convenience.
Depending on how long revision take, the entire process (especially for invitation suites) can take up to 3-4 weeks including shipping time, so please order in advance to give yourself plenty of time.
What all can be customized?
Almost anything! Of course we can customize the text, just let us know the vebiage and we'll design accordingly!. You can also customize the fonts, ink colors, and envelope colors (if applicable). We can usually modify artwork colors as well, but please send us a message to discuss prior to ordering.
