I think it was well made and thought out and definitely not your average run-of-the-mill ebook. You need to know what you're doing and where you're going. You need to have a well-thought-out and planned idea because this will only work if you do; it's not a step-by-step workbook. It's for intermediates; I would say it is not for the beginner with no idea what they want to do and who is looking for instructions on writing a novel step by step from beginning to end. But if you know what you're doing to begin with and have some experience under your belt, this will take you to another level altogether, but it's part of the novel writing experience, not the be-all and end-all. But it's very good. I never needed customer service. Thank you.

The three workbooks are great and complement each other really well. They come with great examples to understand how to work with each tool and complete the workbooks. Specific Review for the "Chapter Planner Workbook" (this workbook is my favorite of the three): Threre are so many resources on scenes and general plots and arcs out there, but so few on chapters, that discovering this workbook felt like finding a hidden gem. I love this workbook a lot! It's very complete and really practical. The examples that follow specific stories throughout the workbook are a great tool to really understand and learn to use each tool and exercise. I wholeheartly recommend this workbook! This shop has awesome resources! :)

The workbooks complement each other perfectly – the World Plan helps build a coherent world, Novel Design provides a clear story structure, and the Character Workbook allows you to create psychologically believable characters. Everything is clear, practical and ready to use right away. Ideal both for a first novel and when refining later ones. A much better solution than loose templates. Highly recommended!
